The hotel has a nice decor, the staff are very pleasant and attentive. Room was of a decent size. I had a problem with the shower pressure and it was fixed the very same morning, with the man at reception giving me an explanation of what had happened and was very apologetic. It is good that they resolve any minor issues quickly. Breakfast is nearby, and also the village of Ait Ben Haddou. Pool area seemed nice, but did not use it as when I visited it wasnt hot enough.

Very nice breakfast, one of the biggest we have had in our two weeks in Morocco. Wonderful owner who helped us get to the bus to Marrakech. Easy 10 minute walk to the kasbah and other restaurants. We had lunch one day and it was also great.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a one-of-a-kind. Karim picked us up in Ouarzazate and took us to his beautiful Kasbah. He even arranged a quad excursion for us last-minute. They treated us with the best suite and an unforgettable Moroccan dinner with a cake included for my husband’s birthday. We will never forget it!! We felt so cozy and welcome.
