Spacious room with good working space. The buffet breakfast is good, but would have been even better if they offered egg hoppers. For a vegetarian the dinner menu is limited if you stay more than 4 nights, but otherwise fine and the staff are attentive. The rooftop pool and bar area is a bonus and one of the reasons to go back. The gym is pretty good and attended. I also like the location - whilst lots of Colombo's best hotels are located on or near Galle Face, this hotel is in the best residential area in Colombo, walking distance from Colombo Town Hall, Viharamahadevi Park, Nelum Pokuna Theatre, and the restaurants of Park Street Mews.

The breakfast was great but the staff was wonderful, especially Rashdeen, the front desk attendant. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include TUK TUK and dinner reservations! I will definitely be back, especially if Rashdeen is working!

The owner was amazing from the moment we took the flight till the second we arrived he was in touch and spoke with the drivers and stuff to make sure we get there safely, the restaurant in the place is amazing and the dishes are huge!
