property was clean and very well maintained and organized. spacious rooms and beautiful pool area. exceptionally good breakfast and service. very helpful staff, willing to solve all problems. it’s a quiet and relaxing place. they have el-bikes for rent and there are numerous tracks in the neighborhood to ride. we had an awesome stay!

The property is in a gorgeous location halfway up a mountain slope with fantastic views of the valley. Signora Mariella is a wonderful host. We speak very little Italian but she was very patient and took the time to make sure we understood the details of the room and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. Her breakfast was delicious and the rooms were charming, clean, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the Italian countryside away from major tourist areas.
