Baia Di Ulisse is set inside a cool pine forest, just 164 feet away from its own private beach on Le Dune seaside. Agrigento's Valley of the Temples is 2.5 mi away.

San Leone is a perfect sea side town, with very few tourists. Easy to get to via train and then taxi.
It was a short cab ride from Valley of the Temples and had lots of amazing beach bars and restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. A fab please to chill for 3 days

Don't go in early August as it is too crowded.
Don't go in early August as it is too crowded. I've been to Italy many times, but the quality of the food was disappointing in this part of Sicily. Surprisingly, as I have always found Italians to be lovely and polite people, this is the first time we found consistently rude and impatient people. I have always heard great things about Sicily, but probably won't return because of this experience.

Not really much to do in San Leone, typical beach/shore town where the people from the nearby main town (Agrigent) go. It's right next to the Valley of the Temples, and if you are in the area it is much nicer to stay here than in Agrigent since you are on the shore. The town was clean (which is saying something) and safe.

In the city itself there is not much to see. But if you want a cheeper stay than in Agrigento, I really recommend San Leone. You reach easy all the sight like the Valley of Temples or the Stairs of the Turks. Also you can find nice beaches if you look for it.

We came to see the temples and took a private guide (a little on the expensive side at euro100, but this was partially set off because we didn’t have to pay entrance fees because we visited on the first Sunday of the month when it”s free!)
The property was clean with spacious rooms and a beautiful bathroom. The shower was hot and amazing. We had a view of the ocean from our room. The staff was amazing and even gave us a bottle of white wine when we checked out. The breakfast buffet in the morning was the best breakfast we have had on our entire trip, we have been traveling for one month! The hostess was super sweet and attentive. This is our second stay at this hotel it was so terrific.
The hotel located in really amazing quiet place with sea view. You feel safe there. Next to it you can find a lot of restaurants and just next to it is promenade.
The owners were really great people. They met us, gave the map with tips how to better manage our trip to local tourist places and in the morning you can try local Sicilian treats from the owner’s garden with tasty coffee.
We have just a good emotions after staying in le Notti di Morfeo.
Marco was one of the best hosts we had in our time in sicily, he gave us good tips and was very accommodating. The accommodation is beautiful, perfect location close to the beach and quiet by night. Each room gets served a personal breakfast - yummy! Parking in front is no problem, restaurants are nearby. All in all a perfekt location when you want to escape the city. Would have loved to stay even longer. Will definitely come back :)
Lando is an amazing host. He made us feel at home with his lively energy and the prepared breakfast buffet was a dream. The breakfast buffet had regional, local and homemade specialities and were so delicious. It was one of the best breakfast we had during our stay in Sicily.
The room was spacious and clean. And parking was available at the property.
Very nice property, a lot of space, the garden very nice with palm three, limon tree etc. beatfiul view to the see and the sunset. The owner very nice and helpful with flexible approach. no problem with changing times of arrival. good contact with owner via whatsup and the owner speaks English what in Sicily is not so common.
The house is simply great - it's quite large with private parking and lot of place around the house. The view from the living room window is stunning - oriented to the sea and sunset. Several balconies and garden with trees. I rarely write reviews but this accommodation was above our expectation and so far best in Sicily.
Nice setting overlooking Agrigento and the valley of the temple. The garden is lovely. The food is fine, nice breakfast with lots of choice, dinner in the garden is mainly recommendable because of the setting. We loved the kindness of the waiter Salvatore senior. He had our stay very joyful!!
Veritable home for us and very kind host. Super shadow made by trees and excellent terraces, verry clean and spacious apartment. We’ll go again at Vila Luani when wi’ll go again in Sicily. We recommend this house for family with children.
The location to Agrigento and the valley of the temples was excellent. San Leone also had some good restaurants although it was early in the season. The outside space was beautiful and we enjoyed it even in the rain.
It’s clean, it has a wonderful roof top terrace with sun all day. It’s close to Agrigento to visit the Valle dei Templi and the town itself.
The sea is nearby.
Antonio is a great host. He is always close at hand.
Convenient location to explore San Leone. Nice big pool and big room which are clean. Breakfast was great and the girl at the pool bar was very helpful and welcoming.
The location is perfect! 5 min drive from the valley of temples. 10 min drive from shopping center. A great quiet spot outside of the busy part of Agrigento.
