Location is excellent. Located in the city center of La Caletta, walking distance from the beach, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Graziano was an amazing host. His family went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are equipped with Air Condition, Wi-Fi, and hot water!

La Caletta is a lovely town with a port and a beautiful beach where many kite surfers meet to enjoy water sports. Despite that, it is a quite and lovely town with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets where you can find a variety of options if you are a vegetarian or a seafood lover.
It is a good base to stay in if you have a car, as you can drive to all the attractions of the Island, and you have beautiful beaches near by. Some we recommend: La Caletta, Lu Impostu, Porto Cervo, Porto Istana, Porto Di Olbia, Cala Gonone, Cala Brandichi and La Cinta.

A lively village with a sandy beach and good ice cream to be found. Restaurant quality was very variable, but plenty of choice. There's a few shops around town and a market at night.
L'Ostrica was probably the best restaurant and the best Gelato is just out of town Gelateria Artigianale Non Solo Coni.
You can get around without a car (bus to and from airport - depending on arrival time) but getting to other beaches and towns isn't easy / cheap. Would recommend renting a car or bikes.

Beautiful town.
Beautiful town. Everything you could want there and all the local people were so friendly. Great restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and bars and plenty of shops to look around with local handmade products!
Our favourite places were Da Bastiano pizzeria and Cornetteria Paradise for coffee and amazing filled donuts and croissants.
Also the fishing shop had long sleeve swim vests for the kids and the best snorkels ever!
Great facilities: they seemed quite new, spacious room with comfortable bed, air con working perfectly, very nice pool with plenty of sunbeds, big parking area.
Good location, 5 min walk to the beach, with free sunbeds for hotel guests.
Good breakfast: good variety, especially with tasty fresh fruit and a very fine selection of croissants, quick restocking when any items were over.
The staff is very nice and attentive, most of them speak English.
Luca is an exceptional host, he provided us with a bed for our baby, bought a baby chair and fixed everything which came up during our stay very quickly.
The position of the apartment is very good, close to the restaurants, supermarkets and beach but right before the personal area. The car is needed to go to other places but La Caletta beach can be reached on foot.
The terrace is very nice and a big plus
We arrived lately in Olbia airport. We were thinking where to eat at this late night. We took all inclusive service. By the time when we checked into our hotel the dinner time was over. However we were surprised by seeing our dinner was ready in our room. That was a very nice welcoming. That is how all hotel guests should be taken care of. Thanks alot 😊.
Location very good, away from the main street, but close to the beach and shops. Aircon in the room was a great bonus!
Amazing restaurants nearby with local delicacies, especially highly recommended Locanda Fuffuraju, walking distance from the hotel.
Very nice owners Stefano and his mum, always kind and available. Thank you. Will be back!
Good location - quiet, but just 5 mins to the street with restaurants, bars, shops etc. You can decide as well which beach to choose since the apartment is located close to La Caletta beach, but as well within a short walking distance from San Giovanni beach. The room was excellent clean, nice and new.
Comfortable and very clean apartment near the centre of La Caletta. Short walk to the beach and town centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. Shaded balcony and air conditioning very welcome. Easy access to host via the booking.com messaging service.
No hot water upon arrival. Only 2 of us in hotel which was to be unmanned at night. More like a hostel. Rooms basic. Rooms had awful smell. Extractor fan in bathroom hanging off wall.
Poor show. Does not deserve the rating or the reviews shown in line
IjbAll good! Great location, roomy apartment, clean and confortable. Great value for money. Host was nice and friendly, providing also good recommendation on what to do in La Caletta, and flexible to accomalodate our need for check in and out
The apartment was wonderful as was the staff, it is not far from the town La Caletta and the beach and you can easily walk to either spot, if traveling by car it is perfect. The host was amazing and helped us with everything we needed
We liked the proximity to the beach and La Caletta.
We also loved that sheeps were there in the morning to welcome our 2.5 years old son after breakfast.
