We stayed at Hotel Gallia for a base for cycling in the area. A garage for storage of bicycles was provided so we didn't have to haul them up to the room. The hotel is right alongside the Stelvio pass road, but the windows and wall provided sufficient sound deadening and it wasn't an issue. The hotel provided excellent breakfast and dinners, a nice perk for this remote location.
The 4-star Saldur Small Active Hotel is located at the northern tip of the Stelvio National Park, in the town of Sluderno.
