Lovely hotel, but much further from the train station and central attractions than I expected. Probably my mistake.

Nice and quite area for a hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and attentive. Many places to eat in easy walking distance. Close to many of the major sites. Thankful we were able to get a room at the last minute when Booking.com cancelled the one we had planned for months due to poor communication with us.

The staff is outstanding and responsive --we got to check in a few hours early and were given excellent recommendations to local restaurants. A substantial breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the fragrant garden made for a delightful start to our day!
