Wonderful views and lovely grounds, with authentic antiquity furnishings tastefully chosen and well-placed. We appreciated the close proximity to Isola and we enjoyed talking with the hosts, who graciously went above & beyond for us.

In the end, it's all about expectations. The residence is suitable for families with children, located above a Tiger supermarket and close to a main road, not exactly what we expected. The residence owners, an elderly couple, tried to make our stay pleasant, but it didn't work so much for us.

It may have been the best place we have ever booked. The family went beyond anything we experienced before. Dad, Mom, Grandpa, Grandma and of course the kinder were really enjoyable, fun to talk to, and we were treated like we were family. We had dinner with the family our last night and treated to incredible homemade pizza, dessert, and liquors. They really made it special. Location was great, the property was outstanding , everything in the apartment was perfect. It has an incredible backyard/garden area to relax, eat, and enjoy an fantastic view of the Gran Sasso. Highly recommend

Large pretty property, though hard to tell from the outside because of the renovation work currently being done. Good-sized bedroom, comfortable bed, tasty and extensive breakfast, and an excellent and very well-priced restaurant. House wine was pretty good, as was the range of draft beers on tap. Food was a highlight of my stay, along with the helpful staff who provided lots of tips for hiking in the Grand Sasso area and provided detailed maps as well. Definitely a place to stay if you are visiting the Grand Sasso area.

Really nice hotel, Incredible views. Staff (Renato, owner) looked after us like we were family! Very rustic feel to the place with a farm next door (we talked to him and he let us sample his figs and tomatoes.
