The hotel and staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made for a very happy stay. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the balcony had excellent views. They gave us extensive information on activities and must-visit places in the area, making planning our days easy. The best part of the stay was the sublime dinner, with handmade pasta, which was the best pasta we've ever eaten.

The location is amazing. Beautiful lake right in front of the hotel. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was exceptional. We did not speak Italian but the staff was all friendly and motivated to understand us. We used a lot of google translate. Our rooms had no AC but it wasn't a problem. You can sleep with the windows open a lots of breeze will refresh your room plus the ceiling fan will keep it nice and cool.
