we only spent one night in villa conti, but what a lovely night! even though we booked a regular room, they upgraded our room for the night. the included breakfast was nice and warm by the fire, with great coffee and croissants. fauglia, the town, had a few great restaurants and we enjoyed walking around in the quiet town. we would surely stay here again. thank you for having us! (hopefully next time we will come when the hot tub is open)

The apartment was very nice, the hot water was readily available, the location was very quite. On arrivals we were greeted by the owners. They helped us making reservations to local restaurants.

Great place and clean, close to Pisa/Lucca/Florence. We were family of 4 and enough space in the 2 rooms upstairs for sleeping. We stayed 2 nights and highly recommend the place. Place was warm although it was fairly cold overnight.
