Great location, lovely property with well-kept and beautiful gardens. The property was charming and the room very clean with sanitary seals in the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, and the front desk agents couldn't have been more polite and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

It was beautiful and easy to reach with ample parking. It was full of old world charm. I was meeting friends who stayed at Civitella Ranieri and I was able to drive between the two easily. Breakfast was excellent.

The pool was a great feature to use during a hot August day. Our son had a lot of fun swimming. The beds were comfortable & the room itself was very nice. The linens and towels & extra pillows (if needed) were much appreciated. It was also nice that we weren't charged the extra €5 to use the mini fridge in order to keep our water bottles cold.

Warmly greeted by Manuela and advance correspondence was excellent. Lovely tea on arrival and a walk on the property.
We ordered dinner in advance and it did not disappoint, white truffles with gnocchi and lovely roasted potatoes and pork. The appetizer choices were very tasty, especially the ricotta.
Lovely county retreat, and breakfast had many choices.

The fresh pasta was excellent. However the AC didn’t work. No matter the temperature outside no moving air in room very stuffy and hot. Water pressure in shower was great Seemed quite tired and average staff was great
