The location was great, very beautiful and peaceful. The cleaning ladies were fast and perfect. We didn’t stay in the property a lot because it is right on the center so a lot to do. It was missing a little more customer service though from others. I have stayed in many places, in many countries, and didn’t feel as welcomed. Maybe it’s the fact that I speak limited French, (I only speak two languages very well) so it could be me. The only two people who were super nice were Gabriela, when we checked in, and a young woman who spoke French, English, and Spanish when we checked out. The parking is very convenient too! I will return to St. Remy but not sure if I will try another location or rebook.

The facility is exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is magnificent, with a nice village on top of the mountain, and small villages nearby to have a fresh croissant in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was full of choices - all of high quality. Friendly, welcoming staff. Large room, large bathroom, lovely terrace. Beautiful grounds - courtyard with many fig trees. Free parking. A quiet oasis a 5 minute walk from St Remy center.
