The breakfast , traditional French, superb, with home made marmalades, on the terrace, view of pool and beyond

This location is literally a 2 minute car drive to the Pont...
This location is literally a 2 minute car drive to the Pont du Gard. You could also bike there directly from the home. You can swim down by the river Gard, several blocks away. I would definitely consider making this a home base for spending several days in the area of Arles, Avignon and Nîmes next time.

In our commute we had a car accident and I communicated to the hotel the situation hoping for some care / understanding and flexibility. Every email communication was a flat no - with no intention to check for our safety but making sure we would pay for the hotel booking as we cancelation was not allowed. The room was spacious and very comfortable, quite and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (for example - the owner called us before the check in to help us find a place for dinner). The property has a nice authentic vibe.
