The hotel was lovely and clean and the receptionist very helpful, especially as I didn't want to go out to eat (it was very foggy), I had the bacon and cream kind of pizza, wasn't really my thing, but I was hungry and ate it. I wanted to leave early in the morning around 7 but didn't realise breakfast at the weekend is later, although when I went down at 7.45 it was already open. My only complaint was I slipped while having a shower in the bath while getting out and banged my leg, maybe a rubber mat in the bath to stop this. Otherwise I had an enjoyable stay and would definetly book again.

It's perfectly situated close to motorways but in a tranquil location on the edge of the small town with good restaurants nearby. The beds are really comfortable and the staff polite and helpful. Breakfast is a little expensive but there is a good selection. Dogs are permitted which is a great bonus for us.
