I really liked how Fadel, the owner, facilitated the issue I had when I discussed it with him. He did everything he could to make it as nice as possible for me even though he was not directly responsible. This is easily a 5 star, 10/10 just for this reason. Great host! Very easy check-in process. I liked the closeness to the arena. It was unbelievably easy getting in and out, and I couldnt hear people outside from my room. They also only let guests back in after shows so the bar isnt overrun with people. Concert ended at 11-ish. I left, went back to my hotel, ate there and was asleep by 12:30. They also have an iron room, soaps, etc.
