Excellent. You get what you pay for. Uncomfy beds, shared loos and microwave ovens in the room.
Really close to the motorway, and a great stop over. Arras is worth visiting, especially the Saturday market which is impressive.

Quiet in spite of being in the middle of town. Private parking was a game changer for us.
The room and the bed were extremely comfortable.

The adjacent restaurant was excellent.
Ease of access from the A26 motorway, the privacy, the security for vehicles behind the electric gates, the very quiet area, and the fabulous breakfast. SO much better than a sterile chain hotel, for not much more once you throw in breakfast.
