Lutzelbourg is a small town and Hotel Des Vosges stands out as a gem. We stayed there to be in position for our canal boat trip through Locaboat which we highly recommend. The hotel is close to everything we wanted to do. You can hike to the Chateau de Lutzelbourg easily and are rewarded with beautiful view of the town and canal. The rooms were huge and well equipped with a view of the town and canal. The real treat is the restaurant, many people travel to Lutzelbourg just to dine here. The owner/chef is very personable and has an interesting life story. If you order the meat platter you better be hungry! We highly recommend this hotel.

This charming 4th-generation home is cozy and pleasant. The bathroom is spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, featuring some local specialties and served in a newly-added sunroom.
