We found the facilities excellent for travellers. The kitchen was well appointed, the laundry was a welcome bonus, and the beds were comfortable. On site parking helped a great deal. Thomas, the host, was friendly and helpful. The space was clean and there were extras like towels, a hair dryer and even coffee filters. Within easy walking distance to shops and cafes. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.
This hotel is located next to the Laach lake in the Laacher nature reserve. A breakfast buffet is available on request. The spacious rooms at the Seehotel Maria Laach all have satellite TV.

The location near the abbey is quite unique. The rooms are modern with a nespresso machine, a small fridge stocked with complimentary biers, water and cola, and the breakfast, in my opinion, is excellent. While they don't have a gym at the hotel, they do a peloton bike with a subscription that you can have delivered to your room for a workout. That's a great idea, especially when the weather is cold, dark and rainy.

Very good location as it is located directly on the Rhine river with access to many restaurants in just 2min. The hotel is small so it feels very cozy yet it provides excellent service. It has a garden with different types of chairs to lie down and relax directly on the riverfront; 3 breakfast room’s walls out of 4 are made of glass so you can get a great view to the river and greenery and feel the space! It takes 1.5km of flat walk to reach the ferry towards Bad Hönningen and about 1km to get to the train station Bad Breisig on foot. Very accessible, the hotel has an elevator. To get to the pool you have to take 5 stairs up and 20 stairs down (elevator does not go there). They offer massages directly in the hotel and the price is very reasonable! They also offered bicycles for free
