Beautifully decorated home with lots of characters, bedroom was big and comfortable. We loved the communal kitchen and the sitting area. Check in and check out was super easy, and the location was very convenient and beautiful! Great value and definitely recommend!

One couldn't do better than a stay with this lovely family. Breakfast was outstanding and the accommodations perfect for our family. Adults enjoyed the spectacular scenery with a variety of beverages from the self-serve kitchen while the children were enchanted with the animals, outstanding playground, and variety of toys. Even our new puppy was pleased. Gemütlichkeit!

Great location. Amazing view from the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the bottom had good food and great service. At night, they had a Bayerish music band.

The staff was extremely friendly and walked the extra mile to serve and assist their guests. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The hotel location was excellent. It is within walking distance of the train station, two big supermarkets and shops. Also, it is within walking distance of historical sites and the city centre. The room was smaller than I expected, with a single bed (I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel with a single bed!), but it was super comfortable. The bathroom was also small but the room had absolutely everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel also has a spa, even though, I didn't use it. The breakfast was amazing as well, so much variety, and delicious. The hotel is building a pool to provide extra benefits and comfort to its guests. The views from the room were amazing. Berchtesgaden is AMAZINGLY beautiful, a must-visit city.
