Was not expecting the size of the room. It was a full apartment. Who would have thought. When we opened the door we were blown away. Room was clean and specious, with washing machines and dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Definitely will be staying here again.

I love the hospitality, friendly and genuine host. The house is beautiful. Switched to a Master Bedroom which was not a issue. I would like to comeback.

The location was excellent for our needs - we were flying out of Canada the next day. The room was large and expensively decorated with a balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Breakfast was good and the hosts very friendly, and apologetic (see below)

Its an excellent place to stop over if you have a flight the next day. It is easy to get to Vancouver airport and take around 60 to 90 minutes skirting the US border.
The town itself is busy - lots of traffic and not what we found in the rest of our Rockies trip. Beyond the town looks lovely though with some really beautiful countryside around it.

There was nothing I liked about this place, it's a dump with homeless people and drug addict's hanging around. Grounds are a mess, rooms are a mess. Dirty disgusting place. Don't stay here

There were no bugs.
There were no bugs. But I did check the mattress and base boards (which were showing many years of wear and tear) for signs.
The room was too hot, but once I figured out how to turn on the ancient air-conditioner, it quickly became comfortable. The furnishings were serviceable but chipped and worn.

We left the room 20 minutes after we got there because it was filthy. The owner has been harassing us since we asked for a refund. Even texting us trying to be booking.com
This whole experience has been creepy and crazy.
She used our booking information to go on this site and write a review of exceptional under our name. We did not write this. They really should be investigated

We liked the nice big room with the firm, comfortable beds and the fridge and microwave.
We were disappointed our room was not attended to all the time we were there. We had to ask for replacement items.
Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would return.
Got this bed and break fast for very cheap while visited Abbotsford. Breakfast is more then expected and everything served as buffet , you eat all you can . cereals, coffee, tea and juices, all types of bakery and pastries, milk , meat and salami and luncheon. The common bathroom is big, clean and the toiletries are complete for your consumption. The staff are polite and nice to talk to. The room a smart TV , air conditioner , a stand fan as well, a nice queen bed.
Overall, a must recommend if you have a limited budget.
The trip was our first time in Abbotsford. We always drive past it going elsewhere for our past vacations. I heard about it in the series Aurora Teagarden mysteries. They were in Abbotsford shooting the movie. Over all was OK. The good thing is Walmart is behind the hotel for getting things- very convenient. I used to stay at a Super 8 when I was living in Alberta - back in the late 80's. If you want to see the condition if the room, my wife is a vlogger. You can see it in YouTube under Reality Vlog video #89.
Had a fantastic stay at this unit while on a business trip. Spacious, lots of light, tons of amenities in the kitchen, meticulously clean. The apartment is cozy, quiet, and has everything you need to feel at home. Galina was a fantastic host, had the keys ready when I arrived and was extremely friendly. I stayed at many bnbs before and I can say this one is one of the best. I am amazed that such places exist and will make sure to come back when I am visiting Abbotsford next!
It felt like home. A cozy room with a nice view and air conditioning; also a big electric fan for those who don't like AC. Anita, the owner of the B&B, is friendly and welcoming. The location is close to everything in Abbotsford. Also, we met some interesting people in the breakfast room.
I was travelling with my dog. The hotel was easy to find, just off the freeway. The room had a ground entry room, good for travelling with pet. Hotel advertised as a 3 star. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Awesome boutique hotel. Chris (owner) accompanied me to my room and explained everything that I needed to know. Room was extremely comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
Everything: I asked room with fully equipped kitchen and that was really awesome!!
Room very large and clean and comfortable.

Next time in Abbotsford, Clarion for sure
Have stayed here several times. Consistent good service and comfortable rooms for a reasonable price. Good proximity to Abbotsford attractions. Bonus that it is attached to White Spot restaurant.
Most wonderfully hosts.
Made us feel like family
Most relaxing and comfortable place I have stayed
Will never stay at any hotel in Abbotsford again, only the Oscar's
Thankyou the Oscar family
Really lovely hotel, had everything we needed for a lovely night stay. Bed super comfy. Chris was really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing.
Highly recommend.
We were flying out in Abbotsford Airport very early next morning when West Jet changed our flight to Vancouver Airport. Tried cancelling room two days before reservation.
Stayed for a concert at the Abbotsford centre. We needed to get a ride there and back, so the location was a little out of the way, but the hotel was great.
