The apartment is spacious and well equipped. One bed was firm and the other soft. The area is quiet. Parking is ample and free. It is just a few minutes drive to the Fortress. There is an a/c which we did not need. The host was friendly and readily available. We’d come back!

The host was exceptionally kind and made my stay enjoyable with local recommendations about nearby caves and assistance. If you're looking for a serene and hospitable option near Belogradchik, I highly recommend Lion Cottage, even if it's a bit of a drive. It left me with wonderful memories and appreciation for the host's hospitality.
