Warm vibes - stayed for our honeymoon and it was exactly the experience we were looking for. Breakfast in the AM was a great way to start the day. Staff was friendly, provided guidance for activities when we inquired. Another thing we loved was the heritage and charm everywhere on the grounds and within the building. Certainly would stay again - this time for longer - we only stayed 2 nights.

Our daughter has celiac disease and we chose this hotel because of all the gluten-free options for food. The view from our room balcony was amazing, all of the staff were amazing and the location was the best. We stayed here with our 10 year old daughter and there were some families with younger children, but the crowd was mostly older couples. We found that a plus because everyone was very respectful and it was a peaceful, quiet stay.

We loved the area to hike and see popular sights. Having a studio type room was perfect to fix simple meals when we wanted to. It was modern and very clean.

There is not much in Musau itself, but we came to cycle and for that Musau is a nice location to stay in. One can bike in any direction, including Schwangau and beyond. We would have happily stayed more. Nevertheless, it should be said that it is slightly aside, so not everybody might be happy. There are no restaurants, not even a bakery I think, so you have to travel to neighbouring places.
