From the moment we got there, the staff was so welcoming and nice. There was even a mix-up with the taxi picking us up at the airport which was no fault of theirs and they were so apologetic. I loved staying here and can't wait to be back. It was the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. And the location, was perfect. It really is very close to everything you may need. Thanks Arenal Xilopalo for making our first time to Costa Rica so special. Pura vida!

There are also 11 km of walking trails throughout the property, or guests can just relax in the hot tub or have a massage in the spa. Excellent location and views from the White Hawk Villa. We spent the days in the family house that is really very confortable. We could admire the the beauty of the Arenal Volcano, enjoy multiple trails, is fascinating.

Situated within 2.8 km of La Fortuna Waterfall and 7 km of Kalambu Hot Springs in Fortuna, La Fortuna Waterfall Bungalows provides accommodation with seating area. The property was built in 2018 and has accommodation with a balcony. The chalet also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everything was great! Things in the Bungalows are new and good, it has a mini fridge, sink, dishes for 2, big bathroom, good tv and AC. Even though it's in a reserved place it's pretty close to downtown and many different restaurants. It has an extra air mattress if you're traveling with more ppl. Carla greeted us and was very helpful and caring! We highly recommend the Bungalow!

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. I will start with the amazing birds, wonderful. Jay was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and the dinner delicious. Our room in the forest were fabulous, this place is like being in paradise, I will remember it always.

Quiet, rural setting with a few cabins nearby. The bedroom had double windows opening on to the patio. It was a good size with 2 comfortable queen beds and a put up bed for a child. Aircon was only in the bedroom, it was quiet and efficient. There was a large shower unit with lots of hot water. Cushioned seats and a table were on a covered patio which was large enough to use during a downpour. The settee in the living area was a good size. The kitchen has a full sized freestanding cooker with 4 rings , a microwave, rice steamer, and mini oven grill, coffee machine and kettle. Cooking utensils were limited to spoons/ slice and a knife. There were plenty of pans & a colander. The 11kg load washing machine was a bonus. Daniel was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. We were delighted when he introduced us to Freddy a local sloth at the end of the drive.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The room was perfect and the terrace was amazing with a fantastic view. The pool was nice and the area was so beautiful with all the nature and the birds. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely come back again!
