Loved the stay. Hassle free and easy check in. The houses were very comfortable and spacious. Also because we went there during off season, so Laura got us a very good deal. I will keep coming back here each winter. Plus, the availability of a supermarket within a block of it which remains open only between October - March is a plus in that season

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, BRASILEIRÍSSIMO POUSADA is a recently renovated guest house set in Punta Del Diablo, 1.5 km from Rivero. Juan, Rafael, and Karen were amazing hosts. The place was quaint and beautifully presented. They really cared about their guests and were keen to make sure that our stay was perfect. Juan cooked breakfast each morning, including home cooked bread, cakes, omlette, jams, and other savoury treats . There was an option to have a home cooked dinner. Karen is an amazing cook also. We enjoyed an authentic Brazilian dinner and had a bottle of Uruguayan red wine. Rafael is their 19 year old son, and he stays there during his summer break. His help and kindness were really appreciated. He speaks perfect English, as well as Spanish & Portuguese. He was always happy to talk with us and give us information about the area. Juan was also enthusiastic, and we managed to communicate with our limited Spanish and also with Rafaels help. They also provided deck chairs, beach umbrellas, and towels for our day on the beach.

Has all the necessary items for cooking, has linen included, bathroom was clean and a nice shared outdoor area for solo relaxation in hammocks or group BBQ's. Place has a great peaceful and creative vibe and felt safe. Owner was very kind and friendly. Thank you!

Boasting a balcony with quiet street views, free bikes and a garden, Marasaias can be found in La Pedrera, close to Santa Isabel Beach and 500 metres from Punta Rubia Beach. Paradise a few hours from Montevideo. Stunning location, peaceful and well equipped and thought out property. Roy bent over backwards for us and welcomed us into one of his three ‘beach-huts’ on stilts. We felt very relaxed after staying a full week and we truly hope to be back one day! Thanks again Roy!
