Nathalie was an amazing host. She came to meet us at check in and showed us around and answered all the questions we had about the island and bungalow. The bungalow was clean and perfect get away for the two of us. Has all the amenities and supplies listed in ad. The balcony faced the ocean so we spent a lot of time out there. The property was close to everything we planned to do on the island - provided the island isn’t that big.

A beautiful oasis with the most stunning view. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the accommodation, so relaxing and thoughtful decorated. The breakfast (what is offered for a small extra fee) is perfect, a good way to start the day. All in all...100% to recommend, stay at Sarah's beautiful B&B and enjoy your time on Moorea. She has plenty of recommendations what to do and where to go. We will be back one day!

Haere Mai I Te Fare ligger under 2 km fra Temae Strand og 4,6 km fra Moorea Green Pearl Golfbane i Teavaro. Der tilbydes indkvartering med opholdsområde. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We needed to book at rental car at the last minute and the host was able to book us a car the day before we arrived. Breakfast was optional, we weren't sure if we going to do breakfast or not. We had a long day before we arrived, so decided to keep things simple and go with the breakfast which the host offered. It was your usual European breakfast - various breads and pastries, fresh fruit (seasonal), choice of cheese (cheese plate), homemade jams. You can also ask for scrambled eggs, not sure if they're an added cost or not? There's a small communal fridge so you can put groceries in there. So if you wanted to save some money, you have the option of getting groceries and making your own breakfast. Same thing applies with lunch and dinner. You have access to the kitchen, so you can always make your own lunch and dinner. We had the larger room since that's what was available; it's called the Superior Family Room. Very spacious. Very clean. There was A/C which was very welcomed in that heat! Sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids, or you could do 3 adults but the 2 smaller beds might be a bit small... One of the nice things of staying at a Pension in French Polynesia is that you get to meet the local people, as well as get to know other guests who are staying there. The hosts were at breakfast every morning, and there was always a lively conversation with everyone at the table. So it all depends what you're looking for in Mo'orea, if you're looking for something quiet, where you can 'hide' from the world, then maybe a resort is a better fit? But if you're looking for more of an immersive experience and meeting people, then I would consider staying at a Pension. Also have to talk about their 2 dogs, Rex and Gnocchi! They're a bit goofy, very social and friendly. They mostly hung out by themselves, in the common area and grounds, but did enjoy some scratches behind the ears ;)

Linareva Moorea Beach Resort er et lille hotel i typisk fransk polynesisk stil, som ligger lige ved stranden. Gæsterne har gratis trådløs internetadgang og kan låne kanoer, cykler og snorklingudstyr. Wow! Staff are fantastic...they really help make this stay phoeneminal. Room was great, activities great. Btw if you are careful and know what to look for you can see members of the seahorse family off the dock to the left.

Bungalow KURA ligger i Moorea, 1,8 km fra golfbanen Moorea Green Pearl og 11 km fra Moorea Lagoonarium. Der er privat strandområde og aircondition. the bungalow had everything for our stay in Moorea and it's a few steps from the beach. The Host was incredibly friendly and she always helped us with suggestions and recommendations even before we arrived to the island. Highly recommended

Fare Mihiau ligger i Hauru og tilbyder indkvartering med dyb pool og udsigt til haven. This is a great alternative in Moorea to the 'too-expensive' resorts. I loved this little efficiency apartment. It is inside a small gated property with the main (separate) house -- your car is safely inside the gate. The apartment is very tidy and clean. It is super quiet. I personally found the bed just fine. The kitchen has everything you'd need. (Perhaps a small paring knife for fruit could be added.) I bought fresh fruits from local roadside stands and used the kitchen for breakfasts and dinners. Made the entire stay more convenient. There is a small grocery/everyday shop a 5-minte walk away. They have lots of prepared foods for snacks or whatever. Go early because they sell out of prepared foods by noon. The host has a kayak for you to use. You can launch the kayak immediately outside the property -- there's an inlet from the lagoon, so it's very convenient.. One tip for Moorea: rent a scooter or car. This apartment is close to everything, but I'm glad I had a rental car. There are scuba & whale snorkeling places, restaurants, and other shops nearby. But, I saw a lot of tourists walking in the hot afternoon sun. Island buses are not frequent. Oh, one last thing. My Fare Mihiau apartment was only accessible from an outdoor stairway. It was no problem for me. It's sturdy and nice. But, keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns.

MOOZ LODGE, the local Discovery ligger i Afareaitu, 1,8 km fra Moorea Lagoonarium og 12 km fra golfbanen Moorea Green Pearl. Der er bar og udsigt til haven. Super friendly host! Brought us some fresh avocados and always gave us good tips what to see. And the view tho… incredibly beautiful! You feel like you're in the middle of the jungle! Breathtaking!
