It has a real traditional vibe to it but it’s also quite modern at the same time, a really successful mix! Location is perfect to explore the Mutrah part of Muscat, rooms are clean and tidy, the value for money is top! What I really enjoyed was the cafe on the terrace, a great place to lay back, enjoy the view and a delicious coffee. Last but not least, I want to call out the friendly and extremely helpful attitude of the staff, many many thanks! I really think that if you want to come to Muscat and enjoy a more traditional experience than the regular big hotels, Fort Guesthouse is the place to stay!

Overall, a hidden gem in a beautiful small town.
