We stayed in two different rooms with shared bathrooms. Everything was very comfortable. The facility has a terrace with an excellent view. There is a small kitchen use on this terrace. I also give 10 points for its location. Because it is 1 minute walk from the beach. It is also 6-7 minutes walking distance to the old town. Everywhere is so close. It was really good to have a private terrace with a bbq, we cooked meet on a grill several times. And it was nice to have a private parking lot that is rare in Kotor. In other words, you have everything you need in this apartment. The location was amazing: a few minutes walk to the Old town, good supermarkets in 1 minute, Kotor beach in 5 minutes. We definitely recommend this apartment and come back again.

So we could use the not too big swimming pool as a private one. the apartman was at the second floor (no lift), comfortable rooms, nice terraces, good kitchen. the staff was very kind, polite and helpful.
