The guesthouse is located 3min by bicycle from the historical park, in a quiet neighbourhood, in Sukhothai old town. The landlady is super kind, she can do your laundry for only 50 baht and she makes the finest thai breakfast you could have. You can borrow the bicycles for free and roam around the old town. The A/C works well. The room is clean and the bathroom is quite big. You have a kitchen you can use, as well as a fridge. I highly recommend, I for sure will come back.

The owner was very helpful and concerned, he upgraded us to a bigger room without extra charge due to the slow season, and helped arranging our trip for visiting the historical site, where we had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome and the guidance, to the room, which was inmaculated. The inkeeper speaks english fluently and they offer a Thai massage by a professional, which I cant recommend enough of you are feeling weary after a long trip and biking day.

The host was just Amazing, so helpful and funny too. Location couldnt be improved right in the centre of all the historical temples. We rented bikes for the day from here too. The host really made this stay special. It really felt like an authentic thai stay couldnt be happier.

The pool was some 100 m from the main building but it was nice and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The most important thing is the staff that was very nice, friendly, competent and helpful.
