Nuria is the BEST host you can ask for- she cares about you, makes sure you're comfortable and willingly offers advice to help you navigate Almaty. Pokiza is so kind and caring and makes delicious food. It's incredible that a guest house is able to feel so warm, homey and full of love and friendship. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The apartment was brand new, superclean and had everything I could wish, from free toiletries and a hairdryer to ironing board. The bed was comfy, WiFi was fast, and the host was incredibly helpful, always within reach via Whatsapp. I felt safe and welcomed. Definitely recommendable!

CryptoHotel is close to the heart of the city and the surroundings is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind. They accomodated our early check in and also offered us free breakfast while we waited for our room to get ready. The breakfast is delicious and has good variety. They even kept our luggage for a day while we went for a trek. It is great value for money. Highly recommend.
