If you really want to meet Khmer hospitality it's the best place!! The owner speaks very good English, do there are no problem if you need to know where to go, to order Tuktuk or bus. Excellent! The location is amazing, so close to the beach but set back in tranquil surroundings, so no noise. Watching the birds and the squirrel in the trees every day was lovely, and being able to eat mangoes straight off the tree was a treat! It's very peaceful and lots of wide open outdoor seating, under cover.

The gardens are beautiful with lots of birds and surrounding wildlife. The property backs onto Kep National Park and from the swimming pool you get a lovely view of the sun going down. Eric the host was so friendly and helped us to arrange a boat trip to Rabbit Island which I would highly recommend at 10$ return, tuk tuks to the beach and the bus depot (2-3$) as well as hiring a moped from them (7$). Everything was made easy for us. The food was homemade and delicious, with prices ranging from 4-6$. We ate there every evening and enjoyed every bite. As a vegetarian I was well catered for. A perfect place to relax and unwind with a pool table, open eating area and all bungalows have a private balcony.

Kate's kindness : you arrive in your room and fresh muffins are waiting for you !! In the evening, delicious cookies were waiting for me again. She also helped us to book our bus. Kate is a free spirit with beautiful values.You'll truly feel at home here, it's so comfy, the place is charming. The room was so delicate and I slept so well here. I will come back for sure and stay more time here. Delicious breakfast. We already miss your cooking, thank you again for the grilled cheese and cookies, it was perfect for the trip !

We were provided with a big fresh fruit platter, which we didn’t expect
