Hvammból Guesthouse is a small, family-run guest house situated 10 km from Vík. Beautiful location on a local ranch not far from Vík, Dyrhólaey, Reynisfjara, and many other spots in south Iceland. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful and I loved waking up being greeted by the friendly horses and the cutest little pug walking around to say "hi". There is a guidebook left by the hosts and the instructions beforehand are very clear for accessing the apartment. Parking is right in front of the cabin. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean, and there were enough kitchen amenities to make some meals yourself instead of eating out each night. I would definitely recommend this peaceful cabin!

Set in Vík and only 1 km from Reynisfjara Beach, Prestshús 2 Guesthouse offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The house we stayed in was very authentic. It was our fourth day in Iceland and the fourth guest house we stayed in. Considering we have enough guest house experience, it was the best house we stayed in Iceland. The hosts were very kind and understanding. Before we arrived home, they provided us with the necessary information very clearly and helped us. After we reached the house, they gave us information about the environment. We had minimal communication with the hosts of the houses we stayed in before. The owners of this house welcomed us as if we were their friends. There were some surprises waiting for us at home. We had the opportunity to see the farm and animals closely. Meanwhile, we found answers to some of our questions about life in Iceland. In addition, the house was very clean and the guest groups staying in the house had separate bathrooms. The location of the house made us happy because it was very close to the beach. It was also quiet because it was in an isolated area. Many thanks again to the hosts.

El Camp Boutique està situat a Gaulverjabær i té vistes al mar. Ofereix un saló compartit, jardí i una zona de platja privada. The stay was quite pleasant. The facilities and kitchen were very clean and the amenities, including the barn were great and cozy. We loved the heated mattress and overall vibe of the tent! The hostess was nice and helpful as well. Would recommend!

Located just 800 metres from Black Sand Beach, Guesthouse Galleri Vík provides accommodation in Vík with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. La mestressa era molt atenta i ens va oferir productes propis per complementar l'esmorzar: melmelades, pasta per fer gofres, cafè, infusions, galetes, ... També ens va fer una bona recomanació per anar a menjar unes sopes típiques

Offering a terrace and views of the sea, Guesthouse Heba is set in Stokkseyri. Free private parking is available on site. Certain units include a seating area for your convenience. A great place with a fantastic view of the ocean. Heba was a perfect host and gave us so much interesting information about Iceland. It was wonderful to chat with her. Breakfast was also amazing and we especially loved the homemade bread and jams. This is absolutely a guesthouse to return to.
