The location cannot be better. It is in a residential area of Miraflores, a famous and safe touristy area. It is about 10 min walk from Larcomar, by the beautiful coastal line. There are 2 Tourist Information nearby as well so super convenient. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, and like many other reviewed-super lovely. They make 100% fresh mixed juice every day, popped quinoa and oats based pancake with 2 local syrup choices, coffee, teas, omelettes, bread, cut fruits with option of many toppings-such as yoghurt, granola, popped quinoa, oats, bee pollen etc. Staff are so kind and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. There is a communal kitchen where you can cook, make tea etc. Some room has a kitchen inside the room as well. Renzo is internationally well traveled, knowledgeable on so many topics, just an amazing person with social welfare (helping indigenous women to be independent and productive to keep artisanal culture alive) as his goal. Janet went out of her way to help me with getting my refund for my flight tickets, and found a great acupuncture, booked for my family member needed. She found one who speaks good English, which was a huge help. I cannot thank them both enough. Renzo has a dog named Ocha, after the street the place is on, who is so well behaved and good natured. It is an added bonus if you are missing your dog while travel.:-)

I stayed here twice. The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.

The location is great. Right across the beautiful Kennedy Park. The owner and staff are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and welcoming. They sent information about restaurants/transportation/etc before our arrival. They helped us look up COVID tests for our international flights back. Very accommodating. Room is clean and comfy.

The family who ones the place is so friendly, empathic and welcoming. It's very special. I loved the area since it's not as touristy like Miraflores. It has super cool cafes and great restaurants. Also it's walkable to the Malecon where you can have a great sunset. It's the perfect place. I enjoyed my stay there a lot.

Breakfast was fabulous. Very varied. It was difficult to decide what to eat as everything was great. We highlight the avocado sandwiches!!! The rooms were big with an exceptional kitchen which allowed us to have dinner there so that we didn´t have to go out every night. Location is great. Just one block from Larco Av. and 5 or 6 to Larcomar Shopping center. We highly recommend stopping at TANTA there. Food is great. Just opposite the Apart Hotel you have EL PUNTO AZUL another great place to have lunch or dinner. It is very popular so that we recommend that you get there early before 1pm to be sure to get a table. People at the hotel were very kind and helped us through in all we needed. If we return to Peru this is our spot.

Beautifull mansion with spectacular view on the ocean. It's also a priviledge to be lodged in the house and work place of the great paintor and sculptor Delfin. A memorable place full of art and inspiration.
