Great new hotel aimed to satisfy the needs of modern family travel. With nothing missing from utencils and infrastructure it rates high on the satisfaction list. Owner/staff was extremelly friendly and helpful, rooms were new and very clean as wel as thecommon areas. Accessibility enhanced with additional elevator for people with limited mobility. Walking distance to the beach and meinstream beach bars.

The unit is very clean and well maintained, located at 10m from the beach. The host , Evropi, was extremely kind to us from the moment we had arrived. She is always available if you have questions or need any help, making sure her guests have the best stay. We would definitely choose Villa Vienni again when visiting Paralia Katerini.

The owner of this villa Mr Vasilis is very flexible, helpful, nice and welcoming! The room is very spacious and clean. The location is only 2 minutes from the beach by walking. Great value for the price. I highly recommend this place!
