발렛서비스 조식 프라이빗비치 직원들 모두 친절했고 룸도 조용하고 좋았다 오래된 호텔이란 평이 있어서 룸컨디션 걱정했는데 새로 리모델링했나 싶었다 체크아웃 이후에도 호텔 수영장 이용 가능 제일 좋았던 건 역시나 호텔 외관

The resort was comfortable. We tried three possible restaurants on site (Italian, Oasis, Pangea), and the food was great. The service was fast and professional in all three restaurants. The resort was clean and calm.

Just returned from a 4 day break at this hotel and it was just the treat we needed after a family reunion trip to Thailand had fallen through at the very last minute due to the Thai passes not being issued in time for our flight. This trip was our Plan B and we are SO glad we found this hotel. It's in a great location and relaxing around the pool in the calm and green environment with a view of the sea was just heaven. All 3 pools were warm and the sunbeds were so comfy - the weather was lovely. We booked half board and were really impressed with the the variety and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner, we really looked forward to our meals. The buffet restaurant is run very efficiently and all the staff are working hard to keep everything so clean and running smoothly. A special thank you to Antonio who was really kind to us when we first arrived. Reception staff also efficient , helpful and friendly. We asked for a quiet room and that's what we got. The room was spotlessly clean, had a small fridge and balcony and we could get the bbc channels, ITV and C4 which was fab! We enjoyed everything about our stay at Landemar Los Gigantes and would definitely return - hopefully next year! We got a shuttle bus from the airport but that was a mistake as it went round the houses and took 2 hours. On the return journey we got the bus (at the bottom of the slope down from the hotel ) 477 to Costa Ajace bus station which took about 40 mins then a short bus ride from there to the airport - no. 40 bus

Marvellous hotel. Beautifully situated and excellent staff. Night time entertainment for kids top class. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel!

Loved everything about this property. Very spacious and clean, huge bathroom with a lovely bath and fantastic large high powered shower. The kitchen had everything we needed and had all Bosch appliances. The balcony was large and had a hot tub which was a godsend. The bed was very big, firm mattress but slept better than I have done in years. Really couldn’t fault this place, barely left the balcony in 8 days.

The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It is very well equipped. It is in a lovely complex close to the centre of town with a spacious terrace with table, chairs, sun beds and a sunshade. It has beautiful views over the sea, cliffs and cliffs. The pool was lovely too with lots of trees for shade and it has sun beds. The proprietor gave us excellent directions, information about the area and was helpful in every way.

I liked the fact that the host went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable and at home. I will definitely come back and can recommend to anyone wanting to have a memorable and pleasant stay in Tenerife.
