This place deserves a rating much higher than 10. It is the single nicest place I've stayed while using Booking, from the front desk staff to the valet to the general manager to the facilities. Start with the arrival - met by a valet who took our luggage and met us at our room. Never lifted a finger. We checked in at the front desk and it was seamless. They even upgraded us! The front desk person gave us a tour that included all the little things - how the tv worked, how radiant heating worked, wifi code, and breakfast. Our valet Sam brought up our bags and told us a few secret hikes and drives in the area. The room was clean and had everything we needed including robes, towels and nice amenities including nespresso coffee. They even supplied us with some powder that helps with the altitude and a bottle of sunscreen - a nice touch. The breakfast was not just a muffin and juice basket. It was the whole package, eggs, butter, local bacon, local granola, local yougert, and they resupplied it each morning. As an added bonus, the General Manager brought us a nice bottle of red wine - again a nice touch. Jose - another valet also filled us in on some local secret drives which was much appreciated. The whole experience was just way more than we expected.

So this place is "dated" with a capital "D"...but we still give it the highest marks because you're skiing, with your family, not hanging out in the room. Plus, the amenities in the room that mattered weren't dated: Bosch dishwasher, subzero fridge, new microwave (I forget what brand), gas stove, gas fireplace, jacuzzi tubs in both bathrooms. The views were incredible, probably the best we've ever had skiing--and we ski multiple times a year (last year we stayed in 8 different condos in various CO towns). You can't beat the location for getting to the main lift to get up with mountain and on with your day. They valet your skis right by the Village Lift/main gondola and it's only steps from your condo. Plus you're so close to great pubs/wine bars in the village and it's easy to take the free gondola in to town for more varied dinner options. There's a spa located in the condo building and we both had massages, which were great. There are out door hot tubs with magnificent views. Kids love the indoor/outdoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The double queen room with private bath was much nicer than I expected, especially for a "hostel". Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows and blankets. Was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Staff were very friendly. Price was very good, but it was a 20 minute drive (12+ miles) from Telluride.

Telluride and the surrounding location is just heaven.
Telluride and the surrounding location is just heaven. It was a perfect place to get away and spend quality time with the family. There is also so much more to do than ski - we went on a terrific snowmobile tour, the town of Telluride is great, and we were also able to sled with our son. The food options are great and there is something for everyone. The Gondola is a perfect way to get around and you do not really need a car at all.

This is a fabulous hotel in the middle of town.
This is a fabulous hotel in the middle of town. You can walk to everything. Everyone that works there is friendly. The rooms are classy and spacious. The only negative is the cost. It’s very expensive to stay at Hotel Telluride.

I'm biased about Telluride, because my grandparents met and married there, so it feels "ancestral". Once upon a time, it was a ghost town; now it's very expensive due to the Mountain Village ski resort. But our family still enjoys short visits! Fun restaurants, and a great Farmer's Market. You cannot beat the mountain air and scenery.

A beautiful little town with a combination of nature and urban facilities like good cafes and shops. We only passed through but we could have spent a few days there. Had a great coffee at the local bookshop.

The trip objective was about good mountain skiing.
The trip objective was about good mountain skiing.
The ski run options for our "blue" skill level exceeded expectations.
We enjoyed winter post card weather conditions, some snow, some sun, moderate winds.
The location of this property is absolutely fabulous, within steps of the gondola! Beautiful property, excellent staff from Eric who greeted us to everyone from beginning to end of stay! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were not hurried. Our studio was well appointed and comfortable. When you stay here you will not be disappointed! Eric even washed our car!!!
The location was perfect for being close but not as expensive as staying on the mountain. The free bus will pick you up at any corner, if you flag them down, and take you right to the gondola, Or to any other stops around town that are easily walkable. The hot tub was great and had a beautiful view of the mountain. Everything was good and easy...we will do it again!
We stayed at the Peaks several years ago. It was our favorite hotel in Telluride. Unfortunately, the rooms are in great need of renovation. The rooms are small, and dark. The front desk staff was poorly trained. The SPA and gym were nice although treatments were overpriced. Next time we come to Telluride, we will be looking for other accommodations.
Sorry.

What a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, great beds, fantastic location, reslly just a treat! Blake is a gracious and helpful host. I was in Telluride with my daughter for a wedding. Can't wait to come back with my husband!
The master bedroom king bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had beautiful appliances and amenities! The Madeline has great amenities! Loved the pool and spa! The location in Mountain Village couldn’t get better!
Location is great, right in the middle of downtown Telluride. Convenient and clean, the Victorian is the best budget stay in Telluride. For those who cannot afford a better accommodation, the Vic is just fine.
Great location, very nice and well equipped rooms. But the best in hotel in personnel, they go above and beyond, amazing service. Ethan from minute we walked in made it so welcoming!
