Beautiful location, ample parking friendly staff good food. Great selection of quality real ales. Dog friendly lovely scenery peaceful. Was not what we expected however very cosy underfloor heating was great. The bed very comfortable ( pillows not so good). The location was very good for travelling around the area.

Slight lack of privacy when using hot tub, nowhere to hang robe or towel when using hot tub. Hard chairs inside could do with cushions. Pillows warn out could do with replacing. Towel Rail not working in bathroom ( had been reported many times by previous guests). Hot tub great bonus although the extra cost for the logs was not highlighted before the visit. Anyone who plan to stay purchase extra logs as £7.50 a bag can be an extra cost not budgeted for.

Location was wonderful, looking across to Pembroke Castle and by the Mill pond. Wildlife in abundance, our weather was good and we could exercise the dogs easily. Sitting in the house with doors open to the estuary comfortable. Location close to town .

Having decided to have dinner in the restaurant we were shocked with the attitude of the waitress who brought our wine and that we were charged on our original dinner bill for three items we hadn’t ordered. When this was brought to her attention she rectified the bill but no apology was offered ! The younger waiters and waitresses were however very professional and friendly.
