There's also a supermarket around the corner and laundry service. Yet, what makes this hotel extra special is the dedication of the owner, Enrico, who goes out of his way to take care of each guest. Make sure to ask him for restaurant suggestions or where best to access the beach. Enrico will be helpful with recommendations. He is also an avid tennis player and well connected with the tennis (and boating) world. He will be happy to share stories if his time permits.

Offering free parking and free Wi-Fi, the Riviera Blu is a family-run hotel set just 100 metres from the sea at Tirrenia. The bus to Pisa and Livorno stops outside the hotel. The location was perfect and the staff dedication was phenomenal.

Euro Hotel is situated in front of the seaside establishments, 800 metres from the centre of Tirrenia. The Pisa Airport and Livorno harbour are also within easy reach. Very good breakfast for a nominal price. We went with two cats and they were happy to accommodate our pets at no extra charge.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. We have got a "welcome fruit salat", and beach umbrella voucher for two days. The breakfast was regular hotel food, you can choose from lots of items. There are two pools: one for families and playing, and the roof pool for relaxing without children. These are really good and clean.

Set on Tirrenia’s seafront, the Grand Hotel Continental is only 15 km from the Leaning Tower and 10 km from Pisa Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi, an Olympic-sized pool and a free private beach. I loved the pool even though the weather was not cooperating. Had a comfortable lounge chair and umbrella. Breakfast was quite the spread, so much delicious food. I like that when I had a problem, management took care of it immediately.
