Everything was spotless clean and worked well. I had a very short stay, but I would really liked to stay longer. The personnel (Daniela) was very friendly, accommodated a last-minute change of date and waited for my late arrival, even if we had agreed on automatic key delivery. The location is very central and suited well my need for a short stopover near the train station

This modern 4-star superior hotel is located in the centre of Villach, right by the Drau River and only a few steps away from the main square. The way the hotel cares about its guests is the best I have seen ever! I had a non-refundable reservation, but could not travel at the day of my reservation. Voco allowed me to transfer my reservation for a later date. The staff of the hotel helped me with a transfer to a ski resort and was very considering and supportive
