Much warmer communication and client support. They tried very hard to help me find best way to airport, considering railway strike that day. They acted perfect as team, even very young newbie that was obviously still at training. Thanx for everything guys !

The hotel is located near to the London city airport and I expected some noise, but that’s not the case and you can’t hear any plane in the room. Royal Albert DLR station is 5 mins away and it’s pretty easy to reach your final destination. The staff was also very nice and the food is good!
