People at the reception are nice, polite and ready to accommodate your needs. The room was beautiful, quiet and clean. The cleaning crew cleans every single spot in the room. The stay was excellent. You have to stay there to see it for yourself. No cap. It was great. Definitely would stay there again!

It was an incredible stay. Overall we consider this to be one of the best hotels we stayed at ever, and we have traveled around the world extensively. Oksana, the manager, was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. She even sent us the breakfast menu via Viber well in advance. (The hotel brings the breakfast of choice to your room). The apart-hotel itself is located in an old Austrian 19th century stone building, fully renovated and converted into a hotel, with fancy stairs and high ceilings. While located within a short walking distance from both the central square and the local cultural gem - the University, the building itself is off the main streets. It is very quiet and tranquil here during the night. The rooms are completely modern, functional, and beautiful, with a large bathroom, a sitting/breakfast/kitchen area, and the bedroom area with a large, comfortable bed separated form the sitting area by a glass wall. There are plenty of electric outlets everywhere, and the kitchen/breakfast area is equipped with a fridge, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. Cups, cutlery, and everything else is also provided. WiFi works well, and there is a small private parking area for people traveling by car, like ourselves. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend this hotel. There are very few hotels that make you feel as comfortable and welcome as this one.

A great place for those who travel from Ukraine to Europe and back, through the Suceava checkpoint. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, supermarket within walking distance.
