Everything. The room was very clean and big, everything looks brand new. The bed is very confortable and big, the bathroom is very spacious, the facilities are great, the staff is super helpful, especially Carlos which gave us some very helpful advice on how to visit the island along with some maps. They even have an elevator(lift) even if there aren't many stairs. You don't need to stay closer to Ponta Delgada as you will mostly travel by car and from CFS Azores you are 7-10 minutes away from the city center where you can eat and do stuff if you want to. It was great altogether, I 100% recommend it and would return.

I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea and Faial island on one side, and of Mount Pico on the other. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location - walkable distance from Madalena center and from several natural pools, and a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful Quiet Attic Apartment with strong and stable WiFi. Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

A simple and cozy place, a wonderful view towards the ocean, here are all the conditions to feel that you will never want to leave. Bonus for a longer stay - the bedroom has a separate wardrobe!

The host was very helpful and we felt very welcome. We stayed for 7 nights.

This was an amazing experience!! I loved every second of it and I absolutely recommend it to anyone that wants something different. The checkin and checkout process is really easy, there's even a video sent about how to do it. There's an underground parking right across the home boats, so it's easy to retrieve the luggage. The homeboat is spotlessly clean and, it is equipped with everything you need. Also, there is someone available at all times via WhatsApp in case you have any questions or needs. The breakfast was sooooo good and fresh every morning, but because the homeboat is in a central location in Ponta Delgada, you have access to everything, in case you want something else. In case you do not want to cook in your homeboat (yes, you can cook as there is a stove, a fridge, a microwave, coffee machine, tea pot, cutlery, pans), there are plenty of excellent restaurants close by. So, all in all, I absolutely loved my experience there. Very unique! Slept like a baby on the rocking waves! Thank you team!!!
