It took us only 20 minutes to get there from the airport. 2. Energy: It's a newly built place with the fresh energy of a new establishment. Just a few years ago, this area was all fields, but now there are new townhouses. 3. Place: The hotel is located in a quiet, residential suburb. There aren't many businesses around, except for some family shops selling bananas and fruits. 4. Facilities: The nearest supermarket is about 700 meters away (approximately a 10-minute walk). They accept both US dollars and Cambodian currency. 5. Internet: The WiFi is reliable and can simultaneously support streaming on up to 4 devices. 6. Getting to the Center: A tuk-tuk ride to the Phnom Penh center costs 3 dollars if you use the Grab Taxi app. 7. Meals: The hotel has its own kitchen, so you can order meals like breakfast and lunch. 8. Payment: The hotel offers a wireless payment terminal, which is quite convenient. Withdrawing cash from Cambodian ATMs can incur a commission ranging from 5% to 20%. Being able to pay directly with a card at the hotel helps avoid these withdrawal fees. 9. Water: I saved a considerable amount on water, thanks to the host's provisions. 10. The Host: The host is incredibly kind and attentive. He speaks conversational English well. As he lives on the premises, you can reach out to him at any time. He personally oversees everything, ensuring that all is in order. The dedication and care he brings to the place truly make it special. I genuinely appreciate all his efforts and wish him the best. 11. Overall: Now I see why this place has such high ratings! My only concern is that, given its popularity, there might be times when it's fully booked, and I won't be able to stay there again. :)

We spent a week exploring Phnom Penh. Condo is close to night market, can get to other places easily by tuktuk using PassApp. Excellent for remote work. Helpful hostess who brought us an electric kettle.

The main room was fantastic. Staff very kind. Greeted and treated very well. My mum had a problem with her spectacles and the ladies spent a lot of time helping to fix them. When they couldnt do it it they organised somebody to take the glasses to an optics store to get fixed. They were delivered back to us within half an hour. No charge. It was very nice and very much appreciated. Good people.

It's definitely a must-book location if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. The male front desk staff member is very knowledgeable about the area, and was able to help me find a good place to get a haircut when I asked.
